Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Dundee, Scotland

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing costs, contracts, and financial aspects of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and financial reports.
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs.
- Oversee contract administration, including tendering, procurement, and negotiation.
- Monitor and control project expenditures and variations.
- Provide accurate and timely financial advice to project teams and clients.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Mentor and support junior quantity surveyors and other team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Professional membership with RICS or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a consultancy environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and procurement processes.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Office, cost management software).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
