On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:
- Handling of accounts payable including reconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice queries.
- Sales ledger through to credit control via telephone and letter.
- Bookkeeping to trial balance stage on a monthly basis.
- Bank reconciliations on a weekly basis.
- Preparation of quarterly VAT returns.
- Collation of time and attendance for payroll purposes.
