Job Title: Care Home Support WorkerLocation: Inverkeithing£12-£15 per hourAbout Us: My client is a leading provider of support services for individuals with a variety of needs. They are dedicated to delivering person-centred care and support that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being.Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Care Home Support Worker to join our team. As a Care Home Support Worker, you will play a key role assisting service users in a care home setting, working in team of support workers to deliver high-quality care and support to our clients.Responsibilities:* Providing support and care to elderly service users in a care home environment* Coordinating and allocating work tasks, ensuring that support is delivered effectively and in line with individual care plans* Providing hands-on support to individuals in a care home setting* Undertaking assessments and reviews of individual care plans* Liaising with families, carers, and external professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care* Monitoring and reporting on the progress and well-being of clients* Supporting with staff training, development, and supervisionRequirements:* Previous experience working in a similar role within the social care sector* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent* Experience of working with individuals with elderly care needs* Strong leadership and management skills* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work effectively as part of a team* A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered careBenefits:* Great rate of pay* Comprehensive training and development opportunitiesHow to Apply: If you have the skills and experience required for this role and are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others, I would love to hear from you.
