This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading audits, mentoring junior team members, and working closely with clients across various sectors, including SMEs, large corporate entities, and not-for-profit organisations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage audit assignments from planning through to completion
  • Supervise and mentor junior members of the audit team
  • Liaise directly with clients, providing guidance and recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with auditing standards and company procedures
  • Prepare and review audit documentation and reports
  • Assist with business development activities where required
Skills & Experience:
  • ACA/ACCA qualified
  • Three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing standards and financial reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise effectively
