This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading audits, mentoring junior team members, and working closely with clients across various sectors, including SMEs, large corporate entities, and not-for-profit organisations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage audit assignments from planning through to completion
- Supervise and mentor junior members of the audit team
- Liaise directly with clients, providing guidance and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with auditing standards and company procedures
- Prepare and review audit documentation and reports
- Assist with business development activities where required
- ACA/ACCA qualified
- Three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing standards and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise effectively
