With a strong pipeline of work and exciting new projects on the horizon, they're looking for a skilled and motivated Contract Engineer to join the team and support the successful delivery of key civil construction projects.

As a Contract Engineer, you'll be the link between the design and site teams, helping to manage contracts, monitor progress, and ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Civil Engineer, and looking to take the route into management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation, review, and administration of project contracts
Support site teams with technical advice, drawings, and specifications
Track project progress and ensure contractual obligations are met
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and consultants
Monitor cost control, variations, and project budgets
Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality requirements
What We're Looking For:
Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related field
2+ years' experience within civil construction
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
