Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer
Location: Inverness
Type: Freelance, minimum 12-month contract

Overview:
Contract Scotland is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer for a respected civil engineering contractor in Inverness. This role involves updating quality procedures, ensuring compliance with designs, and maintaining high standards throughout project work.  A strong attention to detail, adherence to best practices, and good communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure project work meets design and quality standards
• Review and implement quality procedures
• Maintain the quality management system and records
• Conduct quality audits and work closely with management
• Handle internal audits and resolve any non-conformances
• Support health, safety, and environmental policies

 Qualifications:

• Background in civil engineering or construction
• Proven quality assurance experience in construction/civil engineering
• BIM experience (desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Full UK driving license

Offer:

• Immediate start
• Daily Rate: £300 - £330
