This is a great opportunity to join a leading business in the Inverness area in the role of Sales Administrator. This opportunity offers an immediate start with a 3-month contract, which could become permanent for the right candidate.


Your new role


In your new role as a Sales Administrator, you will be supporting the company from an administrative point of view to ensure a smooth experience throughout the customer order process. On a day-to-day basis, you will communicate with customers by phone and email, respond to queries and provide updates on orders that are in process. For customers who have received a quote, you will deal with queries on the quote and revert to the rest of the team. You will run cost reports, create orders, manage the filing system, input data into spreadsheets and record information. The working hours are Monday-Friday, 8am - 4:30pm. Based in the outskirts of Inverness with parking available free of charge.


What you'll need to succeed


In this role you must have strong IT skills, with the ability to use Microsoft packages, including excel and word. You must be able to work well in a team and display excellent communication and customer service skills. Previous experience in a Sales Administrator role dealing with customer quotes, orders and queries would be beneficial but not essential. This role is based in the outskirts of Inverness, so it would suit someone who can travel.

This role offers a competitive rate of pay around 13.00 per hour, additional allowance for holiday pay and a weekly paid contract via Hays. This role will be for around 3 months, with the opportunity that this role could become permanent. In addition, you will work in well-appointed offices and as part of an experienced team.
