Job Title: Superintendent / Janitor

Pay Rate: £13 per hour
Hours: Full-Time, with plenty of overtime available
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and responsible Janitor to join a unique and fun business in Inverness. The successful candidate will be a key holder and play an important role in the daily operations, ensuring the premises are clean, well-maintained, and ready for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Key Holder Duties: Responsible for either opening or closing the business.
- General Cleaning: Perform cleaning tasks throughout the building, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
- Building Upkeep: Assist with general maintenance and the upkeep of the facility.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers when necessary, providing assistance and maintaining a friendly atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Responsibility: A strong sense of responsibility is essential for key holder duties.
- All-Rounder: Willing to assist with various tasks, from cleaning to minor maintenance.
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- PVG Preferred: Ideally, the candidate will hold a PVG, though this is not a requirement.
