Sales Administrator
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Location: Inverness

Are you highly organized with an eye for detail? Our client is looking for a dynamic Sales Administrator to join their growing team. You’ll be responsible for providing vital administrative support to their multi-franchise car sales operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all administration related to new and used car sales across multiple franchises.
  • Process the receipting and purchasing of new and used vehicles.
  • Invoice both new and used car sales transactions.
  • Register vehicles for both new and used cars.
  • Administer various warranty products related to vehicle sales.
  • Maintain filing systems and general office upkeep.
  • Answer telephone inquiries and support customer interactions.
  • Work toward achieving monthly and quarterly targets for the sales department.

  • Strong administrative experience, ideally in a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication abilities both over the phone and in person.
  • The ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
  • A proactive approach and a willingness to learn.
