Sales Administrator
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Location: Inverness
Are you highly organized with an eye for detail? Our client is looking for a dynamic Sales Administrator to join their growing team. You’ll be responsible for providing vital administrative support to their multi-franchise car sales operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all administration related to new and used car sales across multiple franchises.
- Process the receipting and purchasing of new and used vehicles.
- Invoice both new and used car sales transactions.
- Register vehicles for both new and used cars.
- Administer various warranty products related to vehicle sales.
- Maintain filing systems and general office upkeep.
- Answer telephone inquiries and support customer interactions.
- Work toward achieving monthly and quarterly targets for the sales department.
What Our Client is Looking For:
- Strong administrative experience, ideally in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication abilities both over the phone and in person.
- The ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
- A proactive approach and a willingness to learn.
