Greycoat Lumley’s client are seeking a Sous Chef for their sporting lodges in the Scotland Highlands. They are looking for someone to play a key role in the development and delivery of consistently high quality culinary experiences for their guests at any and all of their venues whether exclusive use or hotels; and to play a contributory role in the broader guest experience.

As Sous Chef you will be expected to be a team player who is able to showcase the story of our produce, through supporting the Head Chef in the creation of the meals and inspiring our guests to develop their own cooking skills and eating choices.

  • Support and deputise for the Head Chef in all aspects of the provision of an outstanding culinary experience.
