Job Opportunity: Freelance Site Agent – Civil Engineering Projects
Location: Inverness and North of Scotland

Our client, a globally recognized engineering firm specializing in the water sector, is seeking a highly skilled Freelance Site Agent. This role will support the delivery of major water infrastructure projects in Inverness and the North of Scotland, contributing to a long-term framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Effective site team management, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Overseeing and coordinating subcontractor performance.
- Interpreting and adhering to technical specifications and drawings.
- Resolving on-site challenges with proactive solutions.
- Maintaining project timelines and working within allocated budgets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships both on-site and off-site.
- Upholding strict Health & Safety standards at all times.
What’s On Offer
- Start Date: Immediate, with a 3-month duration.
- Pay Rate: £300 to £340 per day (Gross), dependent on experience.
- Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 07:30 to 17:30
- Friday: 07:30 to 15:30
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in civil engineering projects, with a focus on water infrastructure.
- Prior experience managing clean water projects is highly desirable.
- CSCS and SMSTS certifications.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
