Site Engineer required to cover multiple sites in Inverness and the surrounding areas.

Projects are mainly Housing/Commercial and earthworks, with some utilities and infrastructure works too.

Start date is negotiable, with salary depending on experience - ranging between 35K-45K. Company car with fuel card and total station also provided.

This role is a Permanent role, which offers a competitive salary, Pension Scheme and 30 days paid holiday.

Key Responsibilities
- Setting up and maintaining site control
- Setting out of roads, sewers and structures
- Ensuring compliance with works standards
- Review of Project Design and Specification
- Attend in-house progress meetings
- Daily liaising with Engineering Manager, Contracts Manager and Site Supervisors
- Direct point of contact between the client and the company
- Receiving and assessing design changes from the client
- Facilitate agreement of variations
- Ensure adherence with the company Skills and Competence Policy and Procedures
- Organising labour and plant and materials for a number of projects
- Undertaking Land, Stockpile and Construction Work Surveys
- Setting Out Sites and Organising Facilities
- Supervising Works
- Ensuring Projects Meet Agreed Specifications
- Liaising With Clients, Subcontractors and Other Professional Staff
- Checking and Preparing Site Reports, Designs and Drawings
- Providing Technical Advice; Problem Solving
- Ordering Materials
