Currently they are working on a diverse range of projects ranging from substations to private residential developments, where they work directly with both the clients and Teir 1s. This established company hold a great reputation with both contractors and clients and as a result are in an exciting period of growth. Which is why they are looking to add to their dynamic team with this fantastic opportunity.In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities, where you will be working within the bid team and you will be responsible for managing the enquiries as they come in. Once you have the enquiry you will then look to put together an accurate price for the project from the construction drawings. In which you will do material take offs and bills of quantities from those construction drawings. You will be responsible for working closely with the Bid Manager with creating successful bids and tenders. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will be required to occasionally visit sites to ensure projects are running smooth commercially and be there to help solve any problems if they arise.Therefore, the ideal candidate will be an Estimator with previous experience pricing projects within the civil sector to be able to hit the ground running, as well as someone who holds a full UK drivers license to be able to travel to sites when required.This is an exciting opportunity for an Estimator to join a reputable and growing contractor where you will be exposed to a number of interesting projects working with a diverse range of clientele, all whilst having support on further development and progression through a growing team and company.The Role:
