First Task Professional are delighted to be working alongside a contractor who have several requirements for the delivery of major power transmission & distribution projects across Scotland over the next 5 years.

The contractor have an excellent reputation for delivering projects from 10m-1bn+ across both the public and private sectors.

They are currently seeking a Civils biased Construction Manager for the delivery of a major transmission line upgrade (100m+) in the highlands of Scotland.

  • Support project delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with standards.

  • Lead Site Managers/Engineers to ensure safety and technical standards.
  • Plan resources and manage daily site operations.
  • Oversee subcontractors, quality control, and compliance with regulations.
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget, tracking progress and benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical/Civil Engineering (preferred).
  • APM Qualification (preferred).
  • Full UK driving licence.
