In this position, you'll play a crucial part in the well-being of our care home residents by preparing nutritious and appealing meals. Your role involves crafting menus that cater to the unique dietary needs of older, vulnerable individuals, some of whom may have reduced appetites. You'll collaborate closely with your care team colleagues to ensure that each resident receives the care and attention they need during mealtimes.

While experience in catering for older people is beneficial, your enthusiasm and commitment to quality food are paramount. You’ll be part of a close-knit team where your organisational skills and teamwork will be highly valued. With working hours between 8am and 5pm, this role provides a meaningful opportunity to improve the nutrition and quality of life for our residents.
