The rate of pay is £24,373.00 per year.

This is a full-time role, working fixed day shifts, this role is a 40 hours per week contract, working Monday to Friday and rotational Saturday's

You must hold a full-valid driving licence for a minimum of 12 months, with no more than 9 points on your DVLA check.

Your Time at Work

As a Customer Service Representative, you will look after our customers and their rental arrangements face-to-face and over the telephone. This position has opportunities to gain commission for successfully upselling our long-term rentals.

Our perfect Customer Service Representative will be a hardworking individual with the ability to work in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment while showing great attention to detail.

You will have excellent customer service and communication skills and ideally, you will have worked in the service industry.

Experience in similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
