Registered Home ManagerInverness£75,000 + bonusOn behalf of my client, who are a UK wide organisation offering residential and nursing support, are looking for an experienced Home Manager to join their team in Inverness. Responsibilities* Responsible for the overall operations of the home* all measured through key performance indicators * Financial and budget management* Building strong relationships with residents, their families and the care home team* Staff recruitment * Adhering to standards set by NMC, SSSC and Care Inspectorate* Create and maintain a wholesome environment where residents are cared for to their specific requirements, supported whilst promoting independence and are the priority at the heart of care.Requirements* Proven management experience at a similar level* Must be a registered nurse with active NMC Pin* Strong leadership and management skills * Ability to prioritise tasks* Have a thorough knowledge to implement NMC, SSSC and Care Inspectorate standards and best practice* Decision making skills* A can do attitude
