The role involves planned preventative maintenance (PPM), remedial work, and electrical testing to ensure compliance and safety across our client's facilities.Key Responsibilities- Perform PPM, remedial work, and electrical testing on facilities- Complete reactive maintenance tasks and address electrical issues- Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations- Travel between sites in the North of Scotland as requiredRequirements- Qualifications: 18th Edition certification and a valid CSCS card- Disclosure Clearance: Able to provide proof of and pass Disclosure clearance- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within facilities management or commercial maintenance is preferredWorking Hours- Monday to Friday (Day shifts)- Overtime available (1.5x Saturdays, 2x Sundays)- Minimal on-call duties, with additional compensation when requiredAdditional Information
