About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team in Inverness. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, ensuring each day is different and rewarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation of New Electrical Systems: You will be responsible for setting up new electrical systems in an industrial environment, ensuring all installations are completed to the highest standards.
Maintenance & Repair: Regular maintenance and repair of existing electrical systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
Fault Finding: Identify and rectify electrical faults swiftly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
SWA, Conduit, Trunking, Tray & Basket Work: Competent in the installation and maintenance of steel wire armoured (SWA) cables, conduits, trunking, cable trays, and baskets.
PAT Testing: Perform Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) to ensure all electrical equipment is safe to use.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician.
Familiarity with industrial electrical systems and components.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and repair electrical issues.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to electrical work.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
