Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join our team at a vegetable manufacturing company based in the Inverness area. This role offers flexible working options between 3 to 6 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the processing and packaging of vegetables
- Operating machinery and maintaining production line efficiency
- Sorting and grading products to meet quality standards
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Adhering to health and safety protocols
Requirements:
- Experience in a production or food manufacturing environment is an advantage, but not essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to handle lifting and standing for long periods
- Flexibility with shift patterns and availability
