Depot Manager based in Huntly - Salary up to 38k (based on experience)

Job Description
- Ensuring a safe and compliant work environment
- Overseeing stock control and maintenance
- Coordinating fuel loading and offloading processes
- Liaising with suppliers
- Managing health and safety matters
- Managing site security
- Overseeing vehicle movements
- Coordinating vehicle pickups, deliveries, and repairs
- Coordinating and execute the commissioning and decommissioning of road tankers
- Verifying the functionality of systems and equipment before handing over to drivers for field testing
- Coordinating vehicle pickups, deliveries, and repairs, primarily focusing on the Huntly and Montrose
- Collaborating with external partners such as Alfons Haar and RTN
- Liaising with management and operational team
- Validating and authorising timesheets
- Tacho auditing - Driving & Working time regulations.
You will have:
- Strong organisational skills to manage the Huntly-based fleet, including overseeing administrative tasks and vehicle confirmations
- Strong people management skills
- Ideally have CPC qualification
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate across the business with clients and suppliers
- Strong Health and Safety reporting background
- Good knowledge of ISO and quality management
Remuneration and Benefits:
