Position: Deputy ManagerLocation: InvernessService: Elderly CareSalary: £52,000 - £56,000Responsibilities* Using strong leadership skills you will inspire other staff members to provide the best standards of care, provide guidance and support and continue on their professional development. * Continuously strive for the best care to ensure standards are met in line with SSSC and Care Inspectorate.* Create and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.* Taking full responsibility for the home in the absence of the manager. * Participating in recruitment, reports, following health and safety procedures, finance support including budgeting and payroll. Requirements* Registered nursing qualification with an active PIN is essential.* Leadership and Management qualifications would be beneficial but not essential.* Experience leading and motivating a team.* Communication skills.
