My client are currently recruiting five Senior Carers across Inverness offering a full time, part time, night shift and day shift opportunities.As Senior Carer you will be responsible for a team, delegating responsibilities and supporting with the training and development of staff members to ensure we achieve the highest professional standards of care. Responsibilities* Delegating responsibilities to the care team.* Rota management ensuring staffing requirements are met.* Provide management support in the absence of the service/deputy manager. * Support your team in creating, implementing and reviewing care plans* Be responsible for medication management* Participating in evaluating service delivery, improvements plans and audits* To assist with all aspects of HR including recruitment, inductions and training, performance management, absence management and involvement in discipline and grievance investigations Requirements* SVQ3 Health and Social Care or equivalent * Willingness working towards further qualifications and training* Good IT skills
