Housekeeping Manager

Brook Street Recruitment would like to hear from a Housekeeping Supervisor to join a successful hospitality team, to contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences across their portfolio of hotels. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with leadership experience to play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service.

As Housekeeping Supervisor:- You will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping team, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standard. Your role will include:

  • Assigning tasks to Housekeeping Assistants, issuing keys, and ensuring all work is carried out efficiently and to the required standard
  • Conducting daily inspections to ensure rooms are serviced appropriately, addressing any issues promptly
  • Collaborating with Maintenance to report and follow up on any necessary repairs
  • Managing stock levels of linens, cleaning materials, and guest amenities
  • Ensuring all procedures align with brand standards and company policies
  • Supporting the personal development of your team, providing training and conducting performance review

You should have:-

  • At least 3 year's experience in a supervisory role within a housekeeping department.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive attitude, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
  • A commitment to providing the highest level of service and guest satisfaction
  • Previous experience working with a brand is advantageous
