Brook Street Recruitment would like to hear from a Housekeeping Supervisor to join a successful hospitality team, to contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences across their portfolio of hotels. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with leadership experience to play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service.
As Housekeeping Supervisor:- You will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping team, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standard. Your role will include:
- Assigning tasks to Housekeeping Assistants, issuing keys, and ensuring all work is carried out efficiently and to the required standard
- Conducting daily inspections to ensure rooms are serviced appropriately, addressing any issues promptly
- Collaborating with Maintenance to report and follow up on any necessary repairs
- Managing stock levels of linens, cleaning materials, and guest amenities
- Ensuring all procedures align with brand standards and company policies
- Supporting the personal development of your team, providing training and conducting performance review
You should have:-
- At least 3 year's experience in a supervisory role within a housekeeping department.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- A commitment to providing the highest level of service and guest satisfaction
- Previous experience working with a brand is advantageous
