HR Benefits Operational Lead

LHH is working with a global business and technology transformation partner, to appoint a HR Benefits Operational Lead. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by taking ownership of various operational aspects of benefits management. You will be responsible for managing enrolments, communications, renewals, contractual changes, and collaborating with vendors. Additionally, you will have the chance to partner with key stakeholders and coach junior team members, helping to develop their skills.
In this role, you will be working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure benefit schemes meet business needs and compliance requirements and manage relationships with benefit vendors, ensuring smooth operational delivery and compliance with contractual terms. You will ensure that all benefit operations run efficiently and effectively, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
We are looking for an HR professional with strong experience in operational roles. You will have experience in benefits management, including enrolments, renewals, vendor collaboration, and compliance. This role is hands-on and requires a practical, results-driven approach and we are looking for an experienced individual to hit the ground running.
