My client are currently recruiting five Senior Carers across Inverness offering a full time, part time, night shift and day shift opportunities.

As Senior Carer you will be responsible for a team, delegating responsibilities and supporting with the training and development of staff members to ensure we achieve the highest professional standards of care.

Responsibilities
* Delegating responsibilities to the care team.
* Rota management ensuring staffing requirements are met.
* Provide management support in the absence of the service/deputy manager.
* Support your team in creating, implementing and reviewing care plans
* Be responsible for medication management
* Participating in evaluating service delivery, improvements plans and audits
* To assist with all aspects of HR including recruitment, inductions and training, performance management, absence management and involvement in discipline and grievance investigations


Requirements
* SVQ3 Health and Social Care or equivalent
* Willingness working towards further qualifications and training
* Good IT skills

* Compassionate and committed to providing the best standards of care
