Our client based in Inverness has a new and unique opportunity to join a well established team. Working as Trainee IT Suppport you will聽play a key role in our clients digital transformation journey, ensuring the efficiency of their systems, managing user demands, and continually enhancing customer satisfaction.聽
Whilst in this role you will be responsible for but not limited to;
路Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
路Deploy, develop, and maintain Office 365 applications.
路Plan and undertake scheduled maintenance upgrades.
路Communicate with clients and computer users to identify and resolve issues.
路Provide technical support by investigating, diagnosing, and resolving software and hardware faults.
路Repair equipment and replace faulty parts as necessary.
路Participate in infrastructure planning and installation.
路Plan, install, and maintain CCTV systems.
路Travel and stay overnight occasionally as required.
To be successful for this role, ideal skills and experience will include,聽
路Knowledge of business systems, Office 365, and network infrastructure.
路Strong organisational and teamwork skills.
路Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
路Ability to work effectively under pressure.
路Detail-oriented and methodical approach to tasks.
路Must have strong literacy skills with the ability to present information clearly.
路Full UK driving license.
路Positive attitude towards new challenges and change.
This role will be ideal for a recent IT graduate or someone who is keen and willing to develop their IT skills.
