Our Client is looking to recruit into their busy Inverness Practice. The successful candidate will be required to work with minimal supervision on the following:-
- All work involved in administration of executry estates to obtaining Confirmation of Executors, ingathering and distributing estate. Including preparation of HMRC forms, preparation of Executry Accounts and dealing with Executry Tax Returns to HMRC.
- Experience in Trusts, Wills and Powers of Attorney would be useful.
- Some experience of Executry Conveyancing would also be useful although not essential.
Applicants should be organised with excellent written, numeric and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines are essential. Our client aims to provide the highest level of client care and service and candidates should accordingly be committed to being of assistance to clients, partners and employees.
A working knowledge of Excel and Word is required.
Full Time/Part Time/Flexible working may be available.
