Salary: Dependent on Experience (DOE)
An established legal firm in Inverness is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to manage a busy conveyancing caseload within a reputable brand in the legal sector. As a key member of the Conveyancing team, you will manage your own caseload and work closely with the Partners, providing a chance for genuine career progression.
Day to Day of the role:
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
- Working closely with Partners and the Conveyancing team to deliver high-quality legal services.
- Ensuring client needs are met with a flexible and commercially minded approach.
- Managing demanding deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Contributing to the team and firm’s success through effective collaboration and teamwork.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate.
- Experience in residential conveyancing is essential; candidates at all levels, including Newly Qualified Solicitors with relevant traineeship experience, will be considered.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commercially minded with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
