My client, a leading legal firm with offices throughout Scotland is looking for a Private Client Legal Secretary/PA to be based in Inverness. They are seeking a dedicated professional to support the team in delivering exceptional legal services. In this full time role, you'll report to the head of department and support partners and solicitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage the diary, arrange appointments, and coordinate meetings. Managing calls and emails from clients and liaising with fee earners as necessary.
Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
Client Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries with professionalism and discretion. Client case administration, including compliance and billing.
File Management: Maintain and organise client files, archiving legal documents such as signed wills.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or PA in a private client or similar legal setting.
Experience in audio typing.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willing to learn additional software systems.
A high level of discretion and confidentiality.
