Job Advert: Facilities Manager
Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our clients facility, ensuring it runs efficiently and safely.
Location: Inverness
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Hours: 38.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance and operational works across the facility.
- Review and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
- Lead subcontractor management, ensuring high standards of service.
- Oversee the hard services aspect of facilities management, ensuring smooth operations.
- Manage Health & Safety compliance and initiatives across the site.
- Use job management systems effectively to track and report work.
- Conduct a range of audits, including quality, health and safety, and Food Standards Agency (FSA) compliance.
- Support water management processes (experience in this area is beneficial but not essential).
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing multi-disciplined FM teams.
- Strong subcontractor management skills.
- A recognised Health & Safety qualification, such as IOSH.
- Proficiency in CAFM systems and auditing tools.
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
- A full UK driving licence.
