Job Advert: Facilities Manager

Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our clients facility, ensuring it runs efficiently and safely.

Location: Inverness
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Hours: 38.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise maintenance and operational works across the facility.
  • Review and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
  • Lead subcontractor management, ensuring high standards of service.
  • Oversee the hard services aspect of facilities management, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Manage Health & Safety compliance and initiatives across the site.
  • Use job management systems effectively to track and report work.
  • Conduct a range of audits, including quality, health and safety, and Food Standards Agency (FSA) compliance.
  • Support water management processes (experience in this area is beneficial but not essential).

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing multi-disciplined FM teams.
  • Strong subcontractor management skills.
  • A recognised Health & Safety qualification, such as IOSH.
  • Proficiency in CAFM systems and auditing tools.
  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
  • A full UK driving licence.
