- Candidates should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, along with relevant certifications such as CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid.
- The position offers a competitive salary with performance-related bonuses, along with a company car or allowance.
- Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and a full UK driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all on-site activities for residential construction projects from start to finish.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor project progress, quality control, and adherence to design specifications.
Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Manage site logistics, including the scheduling of deliveries and the coordination of equipment and materials.
Prepare and maintain site reports, schedules, and budgets.
Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid project delays.
Lead and motivate the site team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Residential Site Manager or in a similar role within the residential construction sector.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software and site reporting tools.
Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications.
Full UK driving license.
