About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Service-Only Gas Engineer to join our network on a subcontractor basis. You will be responsible for carrying out Landlord Gas Safety Records (LGSRs) and CP12 certificates for our clients' customers across the local area. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer seeking consistent subcontractor work with great earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct LGSR (Landlord Gas Safety Records) and CP12 inspections
- Service domestic gas appliances in line with current regulations
- Provide accurate reports and documentation for compliance purposes
- Ensure all work is carried out efficiently and to a high standard
- Always maintain excellent customer service and professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
- Fully qualified Gas Safe registered engineer
- Proven experience carrying out LGSRs and CP12 certificates
- Own van, tools, and public liability insurance
- Strong attention to detail and compliance with industry regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
