The contractor have an excellent reputation for delivering projects from 10m-1bn+ across both the public and private sectors.
They are currently seeking a Civils biased Project Engineer for the delivery of a major transmission line upgrade (100m+) in the highlands of Scotland.

What do they need?
- Manage site engineering tasks, including roadworks, trenching, HDDs, backfilling, and site restoration for cable projects.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and teams to align civil works with project goals.
- Perform technical and environmental site evaluations.
- Promote and enforce safety standards in challenging environments.
- Ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Communicate progress, risks, and key milestones to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Qualification in Civil Engineering (HNC/HND/Degree) or relevant experience in Utilities/Construction.
- Knowledge of budgets, financial control, and commercial practices.
- Familiarity with Project Management methodologies.
- Valid UK Driving Licence with flexibility to travel.
