Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and organise the Senior Management team's diaries effectively.
- Take accurate minutes and notes during meetings.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled.
- Field and manage incoming calls to the department.
- Provide general administrative support to the Senior Management team.
- Assist with any ad-hoc tasks as required to ensure departmental efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar PA/EA role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Excellent diary management and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
