Description
- Lead and manage the engineering and maintenance team.
- Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and safe manner.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans.
- Oversee the procurement of necessary maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Uphold health and safety standards within the department.
- Manage call-outs on a rota basis.
- Report directly to the Site Manager with progress updates and issues.
Profile
A successful Maintenance Team Leader should have:
- A degree in engineering or a related field is desirable however not essential
- Proven leadership skills in a maintenance or engineering role within an industrial industry.
- Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations.
