You will track and expedite orders to ensure materials meet operational ETAs, communicate with internal stakeholders, and assist with invoice queries.This role would suit an Administrator or similar with a background in purchasing, ideally familiar with SAGE 200, looking for a dynamic role in a growing organization that offers opportunities for professional development into procurement.THE ROLE:
- Place orders with suppliers and manage weekly stock replenishment.
- Track and expedite orders, communicate ETAs, and handle invoice queries.
- Collaborate with suppliers, develop relationships, and focus on cost-saving objectives.
THE PERSON:
- Purchasing experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and SAGE 200
- Commutable to inverness
