If you’re someone who loves meeting new people and enjoys a varied day-to-day role, this could be the perfect fit for you!Position: Admin/ReceptionistLocation: InvernessHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM – 5:30PMPay: £12.25 per hour (weekly pay)Key Responsibilities:• Meet and greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude• Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries professionally• Collect and organise parcels from customers at reception• Assist with general admin duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry• Ensure the reception area is kept tidy and presentable at all times• Support with booking meeting rooms and coordinating appointments• Manage office supplies and order stock when necessary• Provide assistance to other departments when requiredWhat We’re Looking For:• Strong communication and organisational skills• A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to multitask• Previous experience in an admin or receptionist role (preferred but not essential)• A team player who can work independently when needed• Confident in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic company where no two days are the same!
