The Kingsmills Hotel are looking to welcome a strong individual to the management team to elevate our Kingsclub Spa offering. We are recruiting a talented individual with passion and enthusiasm to drive our spa offering forward as our Spa Manager.

Our Spa Manager will bring experience, creativity, and great connections in the industry you have the opportunity to shape the future strategy for the spa at this pivotal time. The Kingsclub Spa offers luxury experiences within the Kingsmills Hotel and has a dedicated local following, exceptionally popular with spa days and signature treatments. Once the team is fully established, the spa will consist of up to four therapists, working across 7 days. We currently partner with Comfort Zone to provide our massage and beauty treatments and have a strong diary of forward reservations, so look forward to appointing our new member of the management team to take forward this thriving department.

This is the ideal opportunity for an existing spa manager or senior spa therapist who is keen to curate a luxury spa offering in a modern and well-equipped spa. The Kingsclub Spa Manager is a hands on position, managing the spa therapists, ordering the stock, training he team as well as carrying out treatments. The Kingsclub Spa is managed separately from the Kingsmills Leisure Club which includes a swimming pool, sauna and steam room and is a huge draw for spa day guests.

The Kingsclub & Spa was opened in 2010, adding 37 luxurious bedrooms to the hotels collection along with a stunning beauty spa. The hotel boasts in total 147 ensuite rooms.

HERES A BIT MORE DETAIL ON THE SPA MANAGE ROLE -

• This is a hands-on role within a small department, performing all professional spa treatments including massages, facials and body treatments.
• Managing our online booking system for individual bookings and packages.
• The team at the Kingsclub Spa also take payments from clients.
• Compiling weekly schedule for the Team and managing holidays within the Spa, using our online portal.
• Providing the highest level of customer service, interacting, building trust and recommending bespoke treatments to our guests at the start and throughout their time with you, providing a warm, professional and efficient guest experience.
• Managing, organising and keeping our Spa therapy rooms maintained to the highest of standards, adhering to all hygiene standards and health and safety regulations.
• Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations, playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way.
• Oversee all aspects of spa operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Placing Monthly orders of products and retail
• Recruit, train, and motivate a team of talented spa therapists.
• Develop and implement creative spa menus and treatment packages.
• Manage inventory, budgets, and ensure the profitability of the spa
• Cultivate strong relationships with guests and exceed their expectations.
• Stay abreast of the latest spa trends and treatments.
• Stock control and ensuring monthly stocks completed.
• Our spa uses Comfort Zone products which is the leading Italian company in the field of the development and production skincare products and treatments.

The kind of person we're looking for:

• You will hold an HND in Beauty Therapy qualification and already experienced a busy 4* spa environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Spa Management role.
• Immaculate personal presentation through neat grooming, you also maintain a professional presented working environment at all times.
• Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; youre passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with Kingsmills Hotel.
• You have a positive can do attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner.
• Excellent communication skills, leadership skills and an enthusiastic approach.
• You must be well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail.
• You will create a team that works hard, supports each other and above all has fun along the way.
• Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with Kingsmills Hotel.
