What Youll Do:
???Manage construction recruitment projects from start to finish finding and placing top talent across all levels of the sector.
??Develop strong client relationships with key construction companies, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
??Source, screen, and match candidates to roles that suit their skills, experience, and career aspirations.
??Build your candidate network by keeping in regular contact with all candidates, ensuring theyre ready to hit the ground running when opportunities arise.
??Drive business development by identifying new clients and growing Global Highlands presence across the construction sector.
What Were Looking For:
?Recruitment experience is great, but if youve got a background in sales, business development, or the construction industry, wed love to hear from you!
? A people person who thrives on building relationships with clients and candidates alike.
? Someone who loves a fast-paced environment and isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
?Knowledge of the construction industry would be a bonus, but well support you to learn the ropes if its new to you!
? A team player with a positive attitude and a focus on delivering the best service possible.
