Caf Manager - Inverness City Centre (12 month - contract)

Job Description
Manage day to day operations of a city centre Caf
Enable the caf to operate effectively and achieve its maximum trading potential
Work with staff and volunteers to ensure that high standards of customer service is achieved at all times
Prepare caf for opening and closing - to include food preparation, serving food to a high standard
Ensure the caf is clean, organised and compliant with food standards
To succeed in the role of Caf Manager you will need the following qualities and skills:
- Excellent customer service and enjoys meeting new people
- Have a good understanding of cafe operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to think on your feet and take initiative
- Takes great pride in what you do
- Loves working as part of a team
