Details:
Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Accountant on a full time basis. This is a remote/home based role with the requirement to attend meetings and visit clients in the Inverness area on a regular basis. Working hours will be Monday Friday with the pattern of hours flexible to suit.
Duties include:
- Preparation of accounts for a wide range of small-medium clients across sectors.
- Manage and prioritise a portfolio of clients including workflow, communication and deadlines to meet the needs of the clients and business.
- Support clients with ad hoc advisory projects.
Person specification:
- Preferably a professionally qualified Accountant with experience in an accounting environment (commercial background will also be considered as will P/Q or qualified by experience).
- Ability to use own initiative.
- In-depth analytical skills.
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Capable of working autonomously and managing a varied personal workload.
- Client focused and delivered with excellent communication.
- Good organisational and time management skills and able to prioritise to meet deadlines and the needs of the business.
- Strong IT skills with cloud accounting experience preferred.
