Are you a Service Coordinator or similar, preferably from an Engineering background, although this is not essential, looking for a role at a well-established, family-run M&E and Renewables company currently making a big name for themselves in the Engineering industry?

In this role you will be responsible for answering phone calls and directing them as required, liaising with engineers and customers for service jobs ensuring a high level of customer service, as well as raising and booking both planned and reactive service and maintenance jobs.
This role would suit a Service Coordinator or similar, preferably from an Engineering background, although this is not essential, looking for a role within a highly reputable M&E and Renewables company, with the added benefit of in-house training, progression opportunities, great company benefits, and private health insurance.
