As a Store Manager at Vodafone Inverness, you will take ownership of the store’s performance, ensuring a seamless customer experience and motivating your team to exceed expectations. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, driving sales and creating a positive environment for both staff and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage stock, merchandising, and promotional activities
- Solve issues promptly and efficiently to maintain smooth operations
- Coach and support team members to develop their skills
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
