As a Senior Recovery Worker, you will lead and deliver therapeutic programmes tailored to the needs of individuals in our care. You will assess referrals, coordinate admissions, and ensure each person has a personalised recovery plan. Actively participating in programme delivery and group activities, you will engage supported individuals and guide the therapeutic team to meet high standards of care.

Working alongside the Service Manager, you will oversee service quality, ensuring compliance with health and social care standards while promoting dignity, equality, and independence. Your role will also involve administrative duties, quality assurance, and responding to feedback to enhance outcomes for supported individuals.
