We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Worker to join our night shift team. In this role, you will lead and support a team of care professionals, ensuring the highest standards of care for our service users. You will oversee care planning, medication management, and quality assurance processes while providing practical support to those in our care.

As a senior member of staff, you will be responsible for team supervision, staff development, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment. You will also provide management cover in the absence of the Service Manager or Deputy, ensuring the smooth running of the service during your shift.

You must hold an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and be willing to undertake further qualifications. Basic IT skills and registration with the SSSC are required. This role also requires membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
