Are you an Administrator or similar with background in purchasing, looking for the opportunity to work within a customer-focused environment, supporting the Supply Chain department in a fast-paced operational setting with opportunity to progress in procurement?

This role involves placing orders with suppliers to meet operational requirements, managing stock replenishment, and sourcing goods with a view to achieving cost-saving objectives. You will track and expedite orders to ensure materials meet operational ETAs, communicate with internal stakeholders, and assist with invoice queries.

This role would suit an Administrator or similar with a background in purchasing, ideally familiar with SAGE 200, looking for a dynamic role in a growing organization that offers opportunities for professional development into procurement.

THE ROLE:

  • Place orders with suppliers and manage weekly stock replenishment.
  • Track and expedite orders, communicate ETAs, and handle invoice queries.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, develop relationships, and focus on cost-saving objectives.

THE PERSON:

  • Purchasing experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and SAGE 200
  • Commutable to inverness
