Role Overview:Reporting to the Production Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and supporting factory operations. This is an opportunity to work in a stable and supportive environment while developing your skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure high cleanliness standards across the factory.
- Assist with planned maintenance and waste management.
- Provide relief operating support (training provided).
- Proactively improve site housekeeping standards.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support business operations.
- Previous experience in a continuous operating environment (desirable).
- Forklift Certificate (desirable).
- MEWP Operator Certification (desirable).
- A proactive, team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
