Job Title: Industrial Cleaner – Nightshift
Location: Inverness
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Pay Rate: £12.97 per hour (increasing to £13.49 per hour after 12 weeks of employment)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Industrial Cleaner to join our team at a busy manufacturing facility. This is a nightshift position, offering consistent hours from Monday to Friday, with a competitive pay rate that increases after your first 12 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facility Cleaning: Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the manufacturing facility, including production areas, machinery, and communal spaces.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of manufacturing equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Waste Management: Handle waste disposal and recycling processes in accordance with company guidelines.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Stock Management: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Previous experience in industrial cleaning or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work long shifts.
- Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Health & Safety Awareness: Understanding of health and safety regulations in an industrial setting.
